A glorious day for a Garden Party

I was so incredibly lucky to have the sun shining down on us at Hampton for my Garden Party. It was an honour to entertain so many people from Surrey who contribute so much to the county. I was especially pleased to have the voluntary police cadets from Surrey who were so efficient, managing parking, welcoming the guests and cow herding.

Thanks to Andy Newbold for the fantastic photos.

“Our Time” Exhibition at HMP Send

The send Artists in residence 2019 curated and organised a wonderful exhibition of their fantastic art works. The work is inspirational and is thanks to the artists, and the outreach support given by Watts gallery Artists Village.

This was the third exhibition held at HMP Send for which we owe huge thanks to the Michael Varah Memorial Fund who have supported this meaningful and worthwhile initiative. We also owe thanks to Carlene Dixon, Governor of HMP Send who has supported the exhibition.

The works of art were snapped up quickly but I was lucky to make a purchase.
