East Surrey Dial-a-Ride.

I was pleased to make my way to East Surrey to see East Surrey Dial a Ride (ESDAR), and the Westway Centre.  ESDAR is a brilliant community organisation run by Patrick Cannon and his team. They provide an excellent service to people who would otherwise be isolated – and I saw myself how caring and efficient they were with clients in wheelchairs with complex needs. ESDAR are based at the wonderful Westway centre – which is the epitome of a local community hub. Superb communal areas; many valuable services and an excellent kitchen serving high quality and good value food. All run by a small core team plus 200 plus volunteers – a great community asset! #ESDAR #eastsurreydialaride #Surrey #westwaycentre #disabilitysupport #disability #dialaride #bbbsurrey #surreyhillsradio #surreylive #thehighsheriffofsurrey #thesurreylieutenancy
