Transform Housing & Support – Rebuilding Lives.

Wonderful things happen in this pretty and historic building where housemates in recovery rebuild their lives with fantastic help from the brilliant team at Transform Housing. Increasingly housing is less about bricks and mortar and more around wrap around care. I was generously hosted by Lawrence Santcross (CEO) and his team, but the highlight was meeting the house mates and also a tenant in a supported flat. They were all at various stages of re building lives bumped off course by addiction and illness – thank you Transform for the marvellous work you do.
