SCC Chairman's Volunteer Reception

Surrey County Council Vice-Chair, Helen Clack (centre), welcomed 29 special individuals, together with family, friends and supporters, to County Hall to receive worthy recognition of their outstanding service as volunteers within our communities across Surrey. Included within the impressive cohort was Tim Gowing (below), who has been Honorary Secretary of our very own Westcott Village Association for an amazing 32 years – exceptional voluntary service indeed!
