Tributes to HHJ Fraser as he retires from service.

It was a real pleasure to attend the Valedictory for HHJ Robert Fraser on his retirement as the Lead Judge for Guildford.  There were many admiring, heartfelt, warm and amusing tributes from fellow judges, the court staff and Barristers – all reflecting the high regard in which Robert is held. An amazing career reaching the rank of Commodore in the Navy – followed then by distinguished service in the judiciary.
