The Count at Guildford Spectrum

One of the few remaining statutory responsibilities of The High Sheriff is the role of the Official returning Officer in the County Constituency for UK Parliamentary General Election. So off I went to Guildford Spectrum for the Guildford Constituency count on the morning of the 13th December 2019 and had the privilege of making the declaration in the early hours of the morning.

The Count was run impressively with skill, brilliant organization, and care and respect.
